Ingredients

  • 2 can(s) (à 314 ml) Mandarins
  • 75 g Walnut kernels
  • 1.2 kg Celeriac
  • 200 g Turkey breast cold cuts
  • 300 g clotted cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp or sour cream
  • 200 g Yoghurt Salad Cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad

    Drain the tangerines, collect the juice. Chop the nuts,

    Put 1 tablespoon aside. Peel, wash and grate the celery into fine strips. Cut turkey breast into fine strips. Mix sour cream, salad cream and 8 tbsp. juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Mix celery, nuts, turkey strips, fruit and sauce. Leave to stand for at least 2 hours. Wash parsley, chop finely. Arrange salad with lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with parsley and rest of nuts
