Beat the eggs and 1 pinch of salt with the whisk of the hand mixer. First add flour, then milk. Let the dough swell for about 15 minutes. Stir 2-3 tbsp. mineral water into the pancake batter
Heat 1 tsp. butter in a coated pan (approx. 20 cm Ø). Put 1/8 of the dough into the pan. Turn the pancakes after about 2 minutes and fry them again for about 2 minutes. Take out and bake 7 more pancakes with 1 teaspoon butter each in the same way
