Potato salad with sausages

Ingredients

  • 300 g waxy potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 40 g Gherkin
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON deep-frozen 8-herbs
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Schmand
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cucumber water
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 Nürnberger Rostbratwurstchen (approx. 30 g each)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 stalk of dill

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes. Then rinse with cold water, peel and cut into slices. In the meantime peel onion, slice very thinly. Cut cucumber into thin slices.

    Wash, clean, quarter and seed the tomatoes. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Mix frozen herbs, sour cream and cucumber water. Season with salt and pepper. Cut out small figures from potatoes and tomatoes as desired.

    Mix the prepared salad ingredients and shame dressing. Cover and allow to draw a little. Season if necessary before serving. Fry the sausages in hot oil for approx. 3 minutes while turning them over. Wash the dill and pluck the flags.

    Serve salad and sausages sprinkled with dill and garnished with cut-out vegetables.
