Potato salad with egg

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp :
  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 150 g Vegetable turkey sausage
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 300 g Skimmed milk yoghurt

Directions

    Wash potatoes thoroughly and boil in water for about 20 minutes. Boil eggs hard for about 10 minutes. Then rinse the potatoes and eggs in cold water and peel them

    Cut cucumber into sticks, radish into slices. Cut sausage into slices as well

    Cut the potatoes into slices. Heat stock and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the potatoes. Leave to draw a little

    Cut the chives into small rolls. Fold yoghurt into the potatoes. Add cucumber and radishes and mix everything carefully. Season again with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with chives
