  • 160 g small peeled potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 100 g cleaned leek and carrot
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) ripened cream
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 60 g low-calorie sausage

    Cook the potatoes in salted water for about 15 minutes. Chop the vegetables. Mix chives and cream, season

    Fry potatoes in hot oil for about 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Add vegetables, fry for 10 minutes. Dice sausage and fry briefly. Season. Arrange everything
