Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 50 g Rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) red pepper
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) Courgette
  • 80 g Pork tenderloin
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 5-6 (60 ml) Tbsp
  • 7-10 Tbsp clear soup
  • 2-3 wooden skewers

Directions

  1. 1

Soak the rice in 1/8 l boiling salted water for about 20 minutes

  2. 2

Peel and slice the onion. Clean and wash the peppers and zucchini. Cut half the vegetables into pieces, dice the rest finely

  3. 3

If necessary, wash the fillet, dab dry and chop roughly. Put meat, onion and vegetable pieces alternately on skewers

  4. 4

Fry skewers in hot oil until golden brown all around. Steam the rest of the vegetables, turning them frequently. Season everything with salt and pepper

  5. 5

Deglaze with broth and simmer covered for 2-3 minutes. Arrange fillet skewers and vegetables on the rice

  6. 6

Eat larger vegetable and smaller portions of meat. This automatically reduces the cholesterol content of your food without you having to give up meat altogether
