Ingredients

  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 1/2-1 (150 g) Sweet pepper
  • 2 (80 g) Spring onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 1 TEASPOON Thyme
  • 2 discs (30 g) Salmon ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves

Directions

    Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Fry in hot oil for 10-15 minutes. Clean, wash and chop the vegetables. Fry briefly and season

    Whisk the egg, 1 tsp. water and thyme, season and pour over the potatoes. Leave to stand. Dice the ham and sprinkle over the potatoes. Possibly arrange on salad
