Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 Potato (approx. 100 g)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 TABLESPOON White wine vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 150 g Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Peel, wash and quarter the potatoes. Cook for about 20 minutes in boiling water until soft. Peel garlic, chop finely. Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Drain potato. Puree with garlic, spring onions, vinegar, mustard, milk and sour cream in a high mixing bowl with a hand blender.

    Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
