Red cabbage salad

Ingredients

  • 1 small red cabbage
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Red wine vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS apple juice
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Rapeseed oil

Directions

    Clean, quarter and wash the red cabbage and remove the stalk. Cut or slice the cabbage into fine strips. In a bowl, knead it with your hands with about 1 tbsp. sugar, about 1 tsp. salt and a little pepper.

    Leave to infuse for about 30 minutes.

    Mix vinegar, apple juice and oil and knead into the red cabbage. Season the red cabbage salad with salt, pepper and sugar.
