Cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes in boiling water. Pour off, rinse with cold water and let it cool down a little. Peel and slice the potatoes. Cut cheese into slices. Wash and drain the crabs.
Wash the dill, dab dry and cut into little flags. Put some potato slices and crabs and 1 slice of cheese in a small pan. Season with salt and pepper and gratinate under the raclette grill until the cheese has melted. Garnish with dill pans
