Pork steak with paprika sauce

Ingredients

  • 45 g Long grain rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g cleaned peppers (e.g. green, yellow and red)
  • 2 (approx. 50 g) cleaned spring onions
  • 1-2 stem(s) fresh or 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1 (approx. 125 g) lean pork loin steak
  • 1 tsp (5 g) oil, pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Tomato paste
  • 1 knife tip Vegetable broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

Directions

    Put the rice in about 1/8 l boiling salted water. Cover and let it swell for about 20 minutes

    Wash the peppers and spring onions and cut them into pieces. Wash marjoram, pluck off leaves and chop

    Wash the steak if necessary and pat dry. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the steak for 3-5 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper and remove

    Steam the bell peppers and spring onions in hot frying fat. Add tomato paste and sweat briefly. Stir in 100 ml water and stock and bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sweet paprika and marjoram. Briefly heat the steak in the paprika sauce. Serve with rice
