Ingredients

  • 1/3 Base dough
  • 50 g candied orange slices
  • 50 g Coconut flake
  • 50 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 2 TEASPOONS Rose water
  • 7-10 Tbsp (available at the pharmacy)
  • baking paper

Directions

    Finely chop the orange slices. Knead with grated coconut, marzipan, lemon juice and rose water to a mass. Roll out the base dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of approx. 3 mm and cut out stars. Place on baking trays lined with baking paper and place a small heap of coconut mixture on each tray. Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200°C/ gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Results in approx. 60 pieces
