Plums with macaroon cream

  • 1 glass (720 ml; extract weight: 460 g) Plums
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Plum brandy
  • 40 g Macaroons
  • 50 g Bark chocolate
  • 1 1/2 (each 200 g) Cup of whipped cream

Directions

    Drain the plums in a sieve, spread them on 4 dessert plates and sprinkle with the plum brandy. Coarsely chop the macaroons and bark chocolate. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in the macaroons and bark chocolate crumbs.

    Spread cream on the plums and serve immediately.
