  • 1 TEASPOON Sesame
  • 100 g semi-soft prunes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame Oil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sesame

Directions

    Roast 1 teaspoon sesame seeds without fat. Let cool off. Puree 100 g semi-soft prunes with 7-10 tbsp. water. Peel 1 walnut-sized piece of ginger and dice finely. Stir in 2 tbsp sesame oil. Season to taste with approx. 3 tbsp soy sauce.
