Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g + some flour
  • 1 package Dry yeast
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 glass (370 ml) Pepperoni
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons (40 g) black olives
  • 100 g Sheep's cheese
  • 100 g grated pizza cheese (ready to buy)
  • 2 discs cooked ham (approx. 30 g each)
  • baking paper

Directions

    Mix 400 g flour and yeast. Knead with 200 ml lukewarm water, 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 pinch of salt until smooth. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes

    Clean, wash and thinly slice the tomatoes. Drain the pepperoni

    Knead the dough and cut in half. Towards some flour

    Roll out 2 pizzas (approx. 20 cm Ø). Leave to rise for approx. 15 minutes on a baking tray lined with baking paper

    Spread pizzas with tomato paste. Spread tomato slices, pepperoni and olives on top. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle with the pizza cheese. Season and sprinkle with 4 tablespoons of oil. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 20-30 minutes. Cut ham into quarters, place on the pizzas after 15-20 minutes
