Focaccia with ham & cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 2 packs (à 260 g; 24 cm Ø) Pizza dough
  • on baking paper
  • 125 g Raclette cheese in slices
  • 3 discs cooked ham (approx. 40 g each)
  • 1-2 stem(s) Rosemary
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse sea salt

Directions

    Preheat oven: electric oven: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: stage 3. Remove the pizza dough from the packages. Unroll a dough sheet together with baking paper on the baking tray

    Cheese rind. Cover the pastry plate with ham and cheese, leaving the edge free. Unroll the second pastry sheet and place it on top with the baking paper facing upwards

    Pull off the paper. Press the edges of the pastry sheets well together and score the top with a knife in a diamond shape. Wash the rosemary and remove the needles

    Drizzle the focaccia with oil, sprinkle with rosemary and salt. Bake in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Then cut into cake pieces
