Pour 160 ml water, milk, 30 g room-warm butter, salt, 3-4 tablespoons pizza spice and sugar into the baking tin. Add flour and finally sprinkle yeast. Set program for white bread with medium browning (for Severin program no. 2) and press Start. Remove bread from the baking pan and let it cool on a grid. Drain mozzarella and cut into slices. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices.
Wash lettuce and shake dry. Cut bread into slices and brush thinly with approx. 60 g butter. Cover with lettuce, salami, tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle pizza spice on top and drizzle with olive oil. Serve immediately
TIP: This bread can also be baked in a box form (25 cm, 2 l). Then with 1 packet of yeast!!!
