Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (230 g) pizza dough ready to bake
  • 7-10 Tbsp from the refrigerated section
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 75 g paprika-filled olives
  • 75 g Sheep's cheese
  • 1/2 package (185 g) Tomato pieces with herbs
  • 125 g cooked ham (cut very thin)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried herbs of Provence
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh herbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour

Directions

    Roll out the dough on the baking paper and place on a baking tray. Clean and wash the tomatoes and spring onions. Cut tomatoes into slices, spring onions into rings. Halve olives, dice feta cheese.

    Spread tomato sauce, cooked ham, tomatoes, spring onions, olives and feta cheese on the pizza. Season with salt, pepper and dried herbs. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes.

    Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
