Pineapple and cheese sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1/2 small lettuce
  • 125 g Cucumber
  • 1 can(s) (446 ml/260 g stripping) Pineapple in rings
  • 8 (approx. 300 g) Super Sandwich
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 4 discs (approx. 125 g) cooked ham
  • 4 (approx. 160 g) Slices, medieval Gouda cheese
  • 4 cherry tomatoes and parsley to garnish
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Clean the salad, wash and drain. Wash the cucumber, dab dry and slice into thin slices. Drain the pineapple. Spread sandwich slices with mayonnaise and sprinkle with curry. Cover 4 slices with cucumber slices, 1 slice each of ham, pineapple and cheese and cover with the other 4 slices.

    Lightly coat the preheated sandwich toaster with oil and place 2 sandwiches inside. Close the lid and bake in about 2 minutes until golden brown. Bake the remaining sandwiches in the same way and cut them in half diagonally. Arrange on a plate together with salad. Serve garnished with cherry tomatoes, remaining pineapple slices and parsley
