Clean the salad, wash and drain. Wash the cucumber, dab dry and slice into thin slices. Drain the pineapple. Spread sandwich slices with mayonnaise and sprinkle with curry. Cover 4 slices with cucumber slices, 1 slice each of ham, pineapple and cheese and cover with the other 4 slices.
Lightly coat the preheated sandwich toaster with oil and place 2 sandwiches inside. Close the lid and bake in about 2 minutes until golden brown. Bake the remaining sandwiches in the same way and cut them in half diagonally. Arrange on a plate together with salad. Serve garnished with cherry tomatoes, remaining pineapple slices and parsley
