Ingredients

  • 200 g black olives
  • 1 glass (370 ml) inserted
  • 7-10 Tbsp roasted peppers
  • 1 young garlic bulb
  • 7-10 Tbsp or 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 red chillies
  • 800 g solid sheep's/ feta cheese
  • 3 Bay leaves
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse sea salt
  • 1/4 -3/8 l Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chili

Directions

    Drain the olives and peppers separately. Peel the garlic and finely dice the cloves. If necessary, cut young garlic green into rings. Remove seeds from chillies, wash and chop finely. Cut paprika into strips. Roughly dice feta cheese

    Place the prepared ingredients with bay leaf and some salt in glasses. Cover with oil. Cover and keep cool for 1-2 days. Garnish with chili
