Ingredients

Servings: 10
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Avocado
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rose peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few drops of Tabasco

Directions

    Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Halve the avocado and stone it. Peel and roughly dice the flesh. Add garlic and lime juice and puree with the chopping stick of the hand mixer.

    Stir in yoghurt. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and Tabasco.
