Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) white beans
  • 2 stem(s) Mint
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Whole milk yoghurt
  • 3 TABLESPOONS good olive oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, ground cumin

Directions

    Rinse the beans in a sieve and drain well. Wash mint, shake dry, pluck leaves, chop roughly. Peel garlic and chop finely.

    Add yoghurt to the beans and puree with a hand blender. Stir in mint, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt, pepper and 1 tsp. cumin.
