Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sesame
  • 300 g Greek yoghurt (10 % fat)
  • 100 g Tahin (sesame paste; glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of Tabasco
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice

Directions

    Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat, take them out and let them cool down.

    Stir yoghurt and tahini until smooth. Season to taste with salt, tabasco and lemon juice. Stir in sesame seeds.
