Ingredients

  • 10 Cranberries
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 2 Branches of rosemary
  • 4 Twigs Thyme
  • 10 small goat cheese (approx. 40 g each)
  • 4 Bay leaves
  • 10 Walnut kernels
  • 6 Cloves
  • 6 Coriander seeds
  • 350 ml Oil (e.g. olive oil)

Directions

    Boil up 100 ml water and sugar and let it stand for about 5 minutes. Wash the rosemary and thyme and dab dry. Layer goat's cheese with rosemary, thyme, laurel, walnuts, cloves, coriander and cranberries in the glasses. Pour oil over them until everything is covered. Put in a cool place and leave to stand for about 3 days
