Orange fig sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Oranges and figs
  • 1/4 l Orange and cherry juice
  • 3-4 tablespoons (approx. 50 g) Sugar
  • 1 (2 g) Bag Glühfix
  • 1 package Sauce powder "Vanilla"
  • 1 untreated orange slice

Directions

    Peel oranges including the white skin. Remove the fillets between the parting skins. Squeeze the parting skins, collect the juice. Wash and cut the figs into six. Boil up all the juice and sugar. Hang up the spice bag and let it stand for about 4 minutes

    Stir the sauce powder and 3-4 tablespoons of water until smooth. Remove bag and boil punch again. Stir in sauce powder, bring to the boil and simmer for about 1 minute. Fold in fillets and figs. Decorate
