  • 250 g yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 250 g red cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Branch rosemary
  • 1/2 bunch Thyme
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 8-10 Garlic cloves
  • 4 TABLESPOONS colourful peppercorns
  • 0,7 l Basil oil

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes and herbs and dab dry thoroughly. Unscrew the stalks of the tomatoes. Peel the garlic. Put the tomatoes, herbs and garlic in a glass jar. Fill with olive oil so that the tomatoes are covered. Leave to stand in the refrigerator for approx. 3 days
