Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Dab the peppers dry and chop them coarsely. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente
Heat the oil in a small pot. Sauté onion and garlic in it. Steam the paprika. Deglaze with 100 ml water, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes
Wash the tomato and dice finely. Cut olives into rings. Puree the paprika mixture. Add tomato and olives and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Season to taste with salt and chili
Wash the basil, pluck. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce, parmesan and basil
