Ingredients

  • 30 g Long grain rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 (125 g each) red and yellow pepper
  • 1 (approx. 80 g) Onion
  • 30 g cooked ham
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Cook the rice in salted water for about 20 minutes. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Peel onion, cut in half and cut into strips. Cut ham into small cubes. Heat oil.

    Steam paprika and onion for about 5 minutes. Add ham and 100 ml water. Drain rice and mix in. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Serve sprinkled with parsley leaves
