Halve the lady fingers crosswise and divide into 4 glasses. Wash the orange thoroughly, grate dry and cut in half. Squeeze 1/2 orange and sprinkle on the lady fingers. Cut the remaining orange half into narrow slices for decoration
Knock/loosen pomegranate seeds from the shell and weigh 40 g. Cut the mango from the stone. Peel and dice the flesh
Cream quark, cream cheese preparation, sugar, vanillin sugar and almond liqueur with the whisk of the hand mixer. Spread amaretto quark cream, mango cubes and pomegranate seeds, except for a few for sprinkling, in layers on the lady fingers. Sprinkle with remaining pomegranate seeds and decorate with orange wedges. Keep cool until serving
