Potato tarte flambée with ham

Ingredients

  • 250 g new potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sunflower oil
  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground caraway
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 50 g raw ham without fat edge
  • baking paper

Directions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut or slice them very thinly. Lay out on a baking tray lined with baking paper to form a thin tarte flambée. Let the potato slices overlap slightly

    Season potato slices with salt and drizzle with oil. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 25 minutes. In the meantime season quark with salt, pepper and caraway seeds. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Cut ham into strips

    After about 15 minutes, spread the potato base with quark and cover with spring onions and ham
