Raspberry Papaya Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 Papaya (about 400 g)
  • 300 g Raspberries
  • 1 TEASPOON grated fresh ginger
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 300 ml pure whey
  • 2 TEASPOONS Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 2 wooden skewers

Directions

    Peel and halve the papaya and scrape out the seeds. Dice the flesh and put 4 cubes aside. Sort the raspberries and put 4 raspberries aside. Finely mash the papaya, raspberries, ginger, honey and whey

    Put 2 papaya cubes and 1 raspberry alternately on 1 wooden skewer. Pour the drink into 2 glasses. Put 1 teaspoon of yoghurt as a blob on each drink, decorate each with 1 raspberry and a fruit skewer
