Penne with chopped tomato sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Olive oil
  • 75 g Beefsteak mince (minced meat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, some sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Italian herbs
  • 1 TEASPOON Tomato paste
  • 50 g Noodles (e.g. penne)
  • 75 g mixed leaf salad (e.g. field, radicchio and chicory salad)
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 2 tablespoons (50 g) Skimmed milk yoghurt, some mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash and coarsely chop the tomatoes

    Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the minced meat until crumbly. Fry onion and garlic briefly. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, sweet paprika and herbs. Sweat tomato paste briefly. Add tomatoes. Bring to the boil and simmer covered for about 5 minutes. Season to taste

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente

    Clean, wash and pluck the lettuce smaller. Wash and finely chop the chives. Stir yoghurt, mustard and lemon juice until smooth, season to taste. Mix with salad and chives. Drain noodles and mix immediately with the minced sauce. Arrange everything
