Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into fine strips. Peel garlic, press through a garlic press. Peel carrots, dice very finely. Wash, clean and roughly dice the tomatoes. Wash and chop the herbs. Wash chilli pepper, carve lengthwise, remove seeds and chop. Cook the noodles in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes.
In the meantime heat up the oil. Fry garlic and lamb strips briefly. Add vegetables. Season with salt and paprika. Cook over high heat for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with some lemon juice. Serve garnished with noodles and fresh herbs
