Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g Broccoli
  • 1 package (200 g) Chuka Soba, Japanese twisted wheat flour noodles
  • 150 g Carrots
  • 1 (75 g) medium onion
  • 200 g Beef hoof steaks
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS shelled sesame
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/8 l clear vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 package (64 ml/2 portions) Asia Spice Paste China Pan "Sesame Honey

Directions

    Bring a large saucepan with plenty of salted water to the boil. Clean and wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Add the pasta and broccoli to the boiling salted water and cook for 4-5 minutes. Stir with a fork in between.

    Meanwhile clean and wash the carrots and cut them in half lengthwise. Cut the carrots diagonally into slices. Peel and slice the onion. Cut hoof steaks into thin strips. Pour pasta and broccoli on a sieve, rinse carefully under cold water and drain.

    Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat, remove them immediately and let them cool down. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat over a high heat while turning. Add the onion and carrots and fry briefly.

    Stir in the pasta and broccoli and deglaze with broth. Add Asia spice paste and braise everything for about 3 minutes while stirring. Season to taste with salt and pepper if necessary. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
