Ribbon noodles with ham and mushroom cream

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag (5 g) dried porcini
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 300 g Mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 200 g sliced boiled ham
  • 400 g ribbon noodles
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley z. Garnish

Directions

    Rinse porcini, soak in 1/4 l warm water. Put on about 3 l of salted water for cooking. Clean and wash the mushrooms and slice or slice them finely

    Peel and chop the onion. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the onion until transparent. Cut ham into strips. Cook the noodles in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes

    Add the ham and mushrooms to the pan and fry for about 4 minutes. Add porcini mushrooms with soaking water and cream. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes

    Stir in the sauce thickener and bring to the boil again. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce. Garnish with parsley if necessary.
