Spaghetti with lemon-mascarpone sauce

  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 2 untreated lemons
  • 3/ 8 l Vegetable broth
  • 125 g Mascarpone (Italian cream cheese)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar

Directions

    Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile wash the lemons. Grate the peel and squeeze the juice. Boil up the juice, stock and mascarpone while stirring. Stir in sauce thickener and peel. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
