Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash, seed and finely chop the chilli pepper. Wash parsley, shake dry and cut the leaves into thin strips, except for 2 stems. Peel the shrimps except for the tail fin and remove the intestines. Wash shrimps and pat dry
Drain the pasta. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the prawns for 2-3 minutes while turning. Add garlic, 2 tbsp. oil and chilli pepper. Fry for 1-2 minutes, then deglaze with stock
Add the pasta, simmer for about 2 minutes, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Arrange noodles and prawns and garnish with parsley
