Penne with spinach and chicken nuggets

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 500 g deep-frozen leaf spinach portionable
  • 50 g dried tomatoes
  • 300 g Penne noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Chicken filets (approx. 200 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp red pepper berries

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan. Sauté diced onions and garlic in it. Add spinach and 100 ml water, bring to the boil over medium heat and simmer covered for about 16 minutes. Cut tomatoes into strips. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Wash meat, dab dry and cut into small pieces

    Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan, fry the meat in it until golden brown while turning, season with salt and pepper. Pour the pasta into a sieve and drain well. Season spinach with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, noodles and spinach to the meat and fry again for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper berries
