Clean and wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin, longish slices with the potato peeler. Peel and slice the onions. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into cubes (approx. 2 x 2 cm).
Put pasta, broccoli, carrot, onion, meat and peas in a pot and cook everything together in plenty of salted water for 7-9 minutes. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls.
Drain the pasta (if necessary, collect 2-3 tbsp. cooking water) and put it back into the pot. Add cream, lemon juice, fresh herbs and possibly collected cooking water and simmer for about 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
