Penne with chicken and tomatoes (slim in sleep)

  • 100 g Penne noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 4 dried tomatoes in oil
  • 100 g Chicken filet
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Thyme

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet, pour into a sieve and drain well

    In the meantime, wash the cherry tomatoes, dab dry and cut in half. Drain the dried tomatoes and collect the oil. Cut the dried tomatoes into strips. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips

    Heat 1 tsp. tomato oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat for 3-4 minutes while turning, season with salt and pepper. Wash the thyme and shake dry. Pluck the leaves from the stalks, except for a little bit for garnishing, and chop them coarsely

  4. 4

    Fold the pasta, thyme and all the tomatoes into the meat, heat while stirring, season with salt and pepper and serve. Garnish with thyme
