Ingredients

  • 30 g white ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 g Broccoli
  • 50 g Carrots
  • 30 g Kasseler cold cuts
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) herb cream fraiche
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Clean and wash the broccoli and divide into small florets. Peel and wash the carrots and cut them into thin slices. Cook broccoli in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Add the carrots about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time and cook. Drain the pasta and vegetables, collecting the vegetable water.

    Cut smoked pork loin into strips. Clean, wash and chop the mushrooms. Fry them in hot oil and take them out. Stir in 50 ml vegetable water and crème fraîche and bring to the boil briefly. Add the pasta, vegetables and sliced pork loin and heat up. Season with salt and pepper
