Mix fat, icing sugar, vanillin sugar, salt, egg yolk and cinnamon with the whisk of the hand mixer. Grind 125 g peanuts finely in the universal chopper and mix with flour, baking powder and cocoa. Stir into the fat mass by the tablespoonful. Coarsely chop the remaining peanuts. Form the dough into a roll (approx. 3 cm Ø) and roll in the chopped peanuts.
Cover and leave to rest in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour. Cut the roll into slices and place it on two baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 12 minutes. Let it cool down on a cake rack
