Ingredients

Servings: 56
  • 400 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 1 1/2 TSP. Cinnamon
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Orange juice
  • 1 Pallet of white star-shaped hollow moulds (56 pieces of 3 g each)
  • 30 g Whole milk couverture
  • 7-10 Tbsp gold and silver coloured sugar beads
  • 7-10 Tbsp Freezer bag

Directions

    Preparation. Cut the marzipan into small pieces. Mix the marzipan, cinnamon and orange juice with the whisk of the hand mixer until a smooth mixture is obtained. Pour the marzipan-cinnamon-orange mixture into the star-shaped moulds with a teaspoon, smoothing the surface.

    Melt the couverture in a water bath, let it cool down a bit, fill it into a freezer bag (1 liter capacity) and cut off a small corner. Decorate the stars with chocolate door strips and let them dry. Lift the stars carefully out of the pallet. Decorate the stars with sugar pearls as you like
