Ingredients

  • 2 can(s) (850 ml each) Peaches
  • 12 sheets white gelatine
  • 5 str. tbsp. tea drink powder "peach flavor"
  • 750 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 400 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Drain the peaches and collect the juice. Soak gelatine in cold water. Mix tea drink powder and peach juice well. Stir yoghurt, lemon juice and sugar until smooth. Stir the peach juice tea drink into the yoghurt. Squeeze the gelatine and dissolve.

    Remove from the stove. First mix with 5 tablespoons of yoghurt mass. Then mix with the remaining yoghurt mass. Chill for about 10 minutes until the mass begins to gel. In the meantime, whisk the cream with the whisk of the hand mixer until stiff, allowing the vanillin sugar to trickle in. Cut one peach half into slices and put aside for decoration. Dice half of the remaining peaches. Finely mash the other half. Fold the diced peaches into the yoghurt mixture. Fold in cream in portions. Layer peach puree and cream alternately in dessert glasses.
