Flambé with pumpkin

Ingredients

  • 20 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 1/2 Hokkaido pumpkin (400-500 g)
  • 200 g Fresh goat cheese
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 package (400 g) fresh baking sheet pizza dough yeast dough with olive oil Ready to bake rectangularly rolled out on baking paper (37 x 25 cm; refrigerated shelf)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour

Directions

    Wash the thyme, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Pumpkin wash, clean, seed. Cut the fruit fish into fine cubes. Mix cheese and cream and season with salt, pepper and half of the thyme. Cut the dough in half crosswise. Roll out both halves one after the other on a floured work surface.

    Place on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Spread each half with half of the cream. Spread the pumpkin and the remaining thyme on top. Bake the trays one after the other in a preheated oven (electric range: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas mark 4) for about 5 minutes. Take out and cut into pieces
