Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g green beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g Pasta (e.g. garganelli)
  • 2 Tomatoes (about 100 g each)
  • 2 red onions (about 60 g each)
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) yellow pepper
  • 1/2 potty Basil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 1/2 TEASPOON demerara sugar
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 12 discs (15 g each) Parma ham

Directions

    Clean, wash and halve the beans and cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain noodles and beans, rinse briefly with cold water and drain. In the meantime clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Peel onions and cut into rings. Quarter peppers, clean, wash and cut into pieces. Mix noodles, beans, tomatoes, onion rings and paprika.

    Wash basil, dab dry and chop finely. Mix vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and basil. Fold in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the pasta salad with the sauce and let it stand for about 10 minutes. Arrange the pasta salad on plates. Add Parma ham and serve
