Pasta salad with ham and mozzarella

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Noodles (e.g. penne)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 3-4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 75-100 g black olives
  • 150-200 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp sliced
  • 3-4 Tbsp White wine vinegar

Directions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 12-15 minutes. Drain, toss in 2 tablespoons of oil

    Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Wash parsley and chop coarsely, except for something to garnish. Cut olives into slices from the stone. Dice mozzarella. Cut ham into narrow strips. Mix everything

    Mix vinegar with salt and pepper. Beat the rest of the oil into it. Pour the marinade over the salad and leave to stand for about 20 minutes. Season salad again and garnish with the remaining parsley
