Clean and wash the salad, pluck into bite-sized pieces and drain. Wash the tomatoes, dab dry and cut in half. Season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Pumpkin seed oil under it.
Wrap the goat cheese with 4 slices of bacon each. Heat olive oil in a coated pan. Fry the cheese thalers in it for 4-5 minutes while turning them over. Mix tomatoes, lettuce and vinaigrette in a bowl.
Remove the cheese taler and serve with salad. Baguette bread tastes good with it.
