Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (275 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp frozen seafood mix
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 (100 g) small zucchini
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper, sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2-3 stem(s) Dill
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad leaves

Directions

    Drain the seafood in a sieve and defrost. Rinse briefly

    Meanwhile clean and wash the peppers and courgettes. Cut the bell peppers into pieces and the zucchini into fine strips. Peel garlic and chop finely

    Heat the oil. Fry the peppers in it for about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add zucchini, garlic and seafood and fry for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice and a little sugar

    Wash the dill, pluck the flags and sprinkle over the seafood. Arrange on plates with salad leaves. Serve with fresh baguette
