Ceasar salad with turkey breast

Ingredients

  • 125 g Turkey escalope
  • 2 discs Whole grain toast
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 200 g Romaine lettuce hearts
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh rosemary and pickled peppers

Directions

    Wash the turkey escalopes, dab dry and cut into cubes. Cut out or dice the toast as desired. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil. Fry the toast briefly in it and set aside. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil. Fry the meat cubes all around in it until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.

    Clean, wash and cut the salad into pieces. Slice parmesan. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix egg yolk, mustard and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Mix the prepared salad ingredients and serve. Garnish with rosemary and pepperoni
